Is a registration (Anmeldung) possible?
YES, of course. We will also support you in all questions regarding your registration in Berlin.
Which documents are required?
• Passport
• Visa (if needed)
• Enrollment / matriculation letter
What are the rental prices?
• Shared room starting from 500€
• Private room starting from 600€
• Studio Apartment starting from 850€
How much deposit is required?
The deposit equals two months' rent and must be paid before the rental period begins.
What utilities are included in the rent?

Whats the minimum / maximum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 6 months (or one semester) and the maximum is 3 years. We are legally required to operate within this time frame.
Can you host job seekers / workers?
Due to the fact that we are an official student housing company, unfortunately not.
We only accommodate currently matriculated students.
What is a shared room, private room or studio?
A shared room is an opportunity to save money. Its a bigger room, with enough space for 2 people. Dont worry, everybody has their own bed. Prices start at 500€ per bed.
A single room is a private room in a shared Apartment, meaning kitchen and Bathroom are shared.
A studio is a fully private apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom.

Insider Apartments was founded in 2013 by students for students. We offer vibrant student living in Berlin and welcome a global community from all over the world.
We accommodate over 1000 international students per year in the most attractive districts of Berlin.
Our Team consists mostly of current and former students. Some of us still call Insider Apartments home.
